You are the expert in what will work for you and we are here to help you facilitate your housing goals. Here are the basic components:
- Housing Placement: We assist you in finding suitable housing options based on your preferences and needs, and we help with the application process.
- Financial Support: Our team helps you access financial resources, such as rental assistance and security deposits, and provides guidance on budgeting.
- Goal Setting: Together, we set achievable goals related to housing stability, employment, health, documentation, or credit improvement.
- Connection to Services: We connect you to essential services, like mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, medical care, and employment assistance.
- Stabilization and Follow-Up: Our support continues after you’ve secured housing to ensure you maintain stability and address any challenges.
- Advocacy: We advocate for you in housing-related matters, such as landlord disputes or accommodations.
- Individualized Plans: We create a personalized service plan based on your unique circumstances and strengths.
- Empowerment and Skill-Building: Our aim is to empower you with life skills and resilience for long-term housing independence.
